Hey, Missy! I just did this on my blog, too. Hope you don't mind that I stole your idea! =)
To resize a picture, click on it once. You should see several small squares around the pictures. Just click and drag them to resize the pic to whatever size you need.
I like Bill Pullman too. :) To resize your photos: edit your post in the "Compose" mode not the "Edit HTML" mode. Just click on the corners where you see the little white boxes and resize. That should work. :)
