Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to get that fake picture off yet, but it's three in the morning, and I'm really, REALLY tired. HTML is not my love language!

Oh, wow...I was wondering about that fake picutre...I was thinking, "who is this?" I think this will be great, though! I can't figure out MUCH about my little blog! Have a lovely day!
Okay, well, I downloaded the template and looked at it...and was confused. If you still can't figure it out, I might be able to, but I'd have to be able to access your code. Drop me an email if you want! Good luck ;)
If you can, copy and paste your html code in an email me. It probably contains a section where you have to replace the pic's code with your own.
